Our Covid-19 Protocols

The impact of COVID-19 has challenged us to think differently and has meant changes to the Practice to ensure we can provide a safe visit for you and our staff. Please be reassured that all of our staff are fully vaccinated.

Before Your Appointment

Covid Test required

Please be aware all patients and accompanying people (carers) require a negative Covid 19 test result before entering the Practice for an appointment.

The Covid test can be a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) done on the day of your appointment at home and the result cartridge brought to your appointment.

Alternatively, a PCR test can be done within 2 days of your appointment.

Masks

All patients and staff need to wear a surgical or N95 mask within the Practice.

We do have masks available if you forget to bring one.

Illness

Please phone us on : 48614955 if you are unwell and cannot attend your appointment.

Please do not attend with any cold or flu symptoms (even mild symptoms) or if you have Covid or have been in contact with someone who has recently tested positive for Covid 19.

We are very happy to reschedule your appointment once you are well.

We appreciate your co-operation during these challenging times and look forward to being of service to you.
